Arrival time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Treatment will end as scheduled to ensure that the next appointment will begin on time.

Cancellation Policy
Please call us as soon as possible to avoid charges. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. Non-shows and cancellations with less than 4 hours before appointment time will be subject to a 100% fee.
